Let the total income be 100,
Then Lee's earnings will be 60 and family earned 40
Now Lee earned 20% more so 60 * 1.20 = 72, but the family's income was the same ie. 40.
So the total family income = 72+40 = 112
Now the % earnings by Lee = 72/112 = 64%

The method I used to get to the answer was:
If from 0 to 100 there are 11 integers divisible by 9.
Thus from x00 to y00 there must be 11*(y-x) integers.
In this case x = 3 and y = 5
Hence 11* (5 - 3) = 22
Is this the right way to go about it?
