Well I didnot like answer choice A because,it has words "relatively few" I dont understand why assume that "only few people consume less calories". Now, In the argumenet,conclusion is about thin person (overwt peope have become thin now due to dieting) So I like the answer choice...

Here we can strengthen the argument by two ways,
1.by proving "all inclusive tour" is less expensive
2.by proving "inexpensive tour package" is more expensive in reality.
I will go with C without any doubt.
I agree with Ian, about the grammatical mistakes in answer choices.

What I understood from experts that, real GMAT will not keep any ambiguity in correct answer choices.
These answer choices here seems to be confusing.Not a good question for GMAT.(If my reasoning is correct)
So for this question ,I will go with C and E both )
