Yes, that is merely the free CATs. When people refer to having completed a certain number, I think they are referring either to the CATs from the book's CD-ROM or the CATs that come with the online course.

I think you can definitely get to your goal by 2/2. In order to get a good feel for the question types giving you trouble, you should try to drill down on each.
