TestGrid with Timing...not working

I came across this TestGrid with Timing and it doesn't seem to work. I'd click on the "start" but the time doesn't start, the amount of time that's supposed to calculate for time spent on each question doesn't work either. I don't know what's not working or if I'm not using it right. Pleas...
