Giving my 2 cents on your issue: I think you are burning yourself out.. practically giving GMAT every quarter. Do not try to fight against this test. It like eating a 100 oz steak.. you got to eat it slowly so that not only you enjoy it but also not start hating steak for the rest of your life. 4 to...

Congratulations on your success .. What was the break up of your score? I am looking at an SC course from E-GMAT, is it good as a stand alone course (My CR and RC is all ready quite strong). Hi Sachin, To begin with, thanks! As far as motivation is concerned, it has to come from with in. The major reason for me to be demotivated was lack of visible improvement. Thanks Sheeraj! What i mean by 110 to 120 question is as follows: 1. In GMAT paper tests you have 110 - 120 questions (the split is even between quant and verbal) but you have the same amount of time as in official test i.e. 75 minutes.. 2. So while in GMAT Prep software and the official test you ha...

Lets call it a win(small one)..my Journey from 470 to 690..

As i write this debrief, I recall the various ups and downs i went through this journey.. what i can defiantly vouch for, is the fact that i had used every reason that one can offer as an excuse against GMAT..a few are listed: 1. I work long hours - I did too, 10 hour shift + 3 hours commute 2. I do...

2 of the 3 components of the verbal section -- CR and RC -- consist of problems for which very little specific preparation is required. (i honestly don't think that any student will benefit from more than a lifetime total of 10-20 hours in CR or in RC; beyond that point, studying is more likely to ...
