Hello For the technically inclined, who are thinking that GMAT does not let you retake in 15 days, YES is does NOT. By 15 days, I mean the number of days I studied. Small, emergent economies is the only plural noun occurring before the pronouns thwm and they. Hence, both can only refer to that noun. Established economies comes later.
