Hello,

I apologize and realize the reply is later than you'd hoped. I'd say that with the GMAT and GPA both fairly low (albeit with an explanation for the latter), UCLA and USC would be real reaches. I think you'd have a good shot at Davis and Irvine with excellent applications.
