Concern about is the correct idiom...
A and C remain.. Concerning is gerund hence it should be followed by a possessive (Christians')

IMO C :

between A and C :

Concerning : present participle. But this is a past event(benefited), so we need a past participle.

Correct me if my understanding is wrong.
