Hi,
I worked with a company (A) for 1+ year and then joined another company (B). I've been working at B for about 1.5 years and am now considering a job change (to C). All the companies (A,B,C) are leading brands of the same industry. Will this job change hamper my MBA application ? Is a resume with 3 jobs (all with same title) in 3 years at the time of application considered bad ? Also, would it be different if I go back to the first company A from B ?
Regarding job changes

Hi there,
That is a tough one; just on the surface, 3 jobs in 3 years could raise some questions, yes. That doesn't mean those questions couldn't be potentially answered/overcome... but they may be raised.
My questions to you or for you to ask yourself is the WHY. At this point, what will this next job change bring to you? If it will truly advance your career or bring new learning experiences you need for your future career, then it may make sense to go for it and you can aim to explain that. If not, then you may want to stay put and apply from there.
Good luck with the decisions!
