Ratio of male to female employees

Could someone please help me to calculate this ratio from mba.com

Let 'm' be number of males and 'f' be number of females.

(2) tells us that (9.8*m + 9.1*f) / (m+f) = 9.3.
i.e. 0.5m = 0.2f. We can hence compute m/f ratio.
Sufficient.

(1) is not sufficient. Without knowing the number of females or some
relation between average experience between males and females,
we cannot compute the ratio.
