Question about the 5 additional MGMAT CATs

If I bought the books online but not directly from Manhattan am I not entitled to the other 5 cats?

Hi seal4913,
If you have bought new books then you are entitled to the 5 mgmat test.
Just check on the back cover of the book, there will be code and some instructions.
Follow them and you will be able to give the cats.

I got the point where it is asking for the code. its says it's located on the INSIDE back cover. However nothing is in the inside back cover. Where can i actually find the number?
