Work Experience: 4.5 Years till date
Company - Accenture
Function - Software Engineer to Subject Matter Expert to Application India POC to Business Operations Analyst

Extracurriculars-

College- Head of Corporate Sponsorship Team for 5 major events, Marketing Liaison with Madras School of Economics, Campus Ambassador(IBM),
Post College- Volunteer Lead for a Public Action Group(CRY) - 4 years. Started as volunteer and moved up to lead volunteers.
Organized multiple high-profile fundraising teams with firms such Flipkart, Mercedez-Benz etc.

Hobbies-
Photography- take workshops for underprivileged children
Motorcycling - organize group rides with enthusiasts.
Cooking -

Hey Sumit1891,

720 GMAT with 5.5 years of work experience (if you apply for 2020 January intake) is a good profile. I also had the same.
TOEFL is generally not required at INSEAD, if your university degree was taught in english. I did not write TOEFL.
Your Extracurriculars look strong and would need your CV to understand more about you.
Trying to answer generally asked question during profile evaluation - INSEAD values international experience but is not mandatory. It all depends how you come up with your story.

Hi Sumit,
You have solid GMAT score and strong extracurricular activities, where you have demonstrated leadership skills. I would like to know more about your post MBA goals, which sector you want to get into? any preference you have in terms of location? program duration? You have decent academics and experience wise you are at the right stage of your career. If you are planning for 2019 intake then you need to plan quickly and start soon for application process.
