Hello,
You have great stuff here! Top b-schools will appreciate your international exposure, both in study and work experience, and the leadership you have shown both in extracurriculars and in your career thus far. One weak area is that so-so GPA, so it will be particularly important for you to get your GMAT at or above the median/average (NOT the 80% spread) for the schools that you're applying to.

For the schools you've listed here, GMAT averages vary widely, from ~708 for INSEAD down to ~601 for Lancaster. If you're focusing on the top MBA programs on your list and applying to schools like Lancaster as a "safety", aim for around 710 to balance out your undergraduate GPA, and you should be a strong competitor.

Good luck!

Thank for your feedback Ms. Strother!

Aiming for a 700+ score! Planning to give it in July end and try for R1 applications. I believe that should help too, right?

I'd like to see your GMAT closer to 720, but if it's possible for you to also be starting your application materials, that would be wise. September comes around faster than you think!

Good luck,
Margaret

yes, applying in Round 1 can help, if everything is ready at the time. You don't discuss your goals, which are also very important. Good luck. cheers, alex
