Dear Frank Stein,
I think a list of schools is premature here. It appears that you're moving towards a career redirection, from a mixed engineering/data background to finance consulting. This is a bit of a leap, and your GMAT is on the low side for top MBA programs. So I'd want to see you learn more about your goal employers post-MBA and what that first job out of the MBA entails, and then identify programs that are a good fit with the kind of transition you hope to make. I see more research in your future: finding people with a similar background who have the post-MBA job you want and learning where they studied and how they got the skills they needed (linked-in is a great source for this),traveling to the US to visit some campuses (if at all possible), and probably -- to be honest -- retaking the GMAT. For second-tier business schools, you want to have that GMAT in the 650-680 range.

Good luck!
