Hi,
I would say that you have good chance of getting admit from all the schools you mentioned. There are nuances of each school which we need to carefully address but otherwise, your profile is quite stellar. Your essays and reasons for doing an MBA (given your success in the current job) are going to be important.
Go all out - I would say, apply to a few top 10 too.

Overall you have solid credentials, slightly light on GMAT to rise above crowd, but if all else solid gives you a real chance. Remember that anything you say generally - "top performer" etc needs some kind of substantiation and rather than highlighting your rank among others- try to highlight specific examples where you accomplished objectives ahead of schedule or under budget and have as much specific information as you can. This will help establish your credibility as a results-oriented professional. Good luck and if you'd like any more feedback from us we'd be glad to do a free consult at Stratusprep.com.

Hi bob89,

You have a good profile there, with some excellent leadership and team management experience as well. ECs are quite strong too. You do belong to an over-represented category though (Indian IT). INSEAD will be a bit of a stretch, but the others all look good as choices.
