Q1. Should I re-take the Gmat?
Of course! Get at least a 720, and you are golden!
Q2. Which is the best college to offer me best Operational Management course?
The only important thing: go to the BEST school you can get into. Operations Management or not.
Q3. Will I make a good package for the top 30 B-schools?
In two years, if you have shown good progress and good achievements at work, and with a great GMAT, why not?
Since we are at it, make sure you have some good solid volunteer work, and some interesting extra curriculars too.
