I'd have to get a little deeper into your work experience. The most excellent thing I see in your profile is your management of a team of 25. I cannot emphasize how awesome this is. Very very few candidates have real good concrete leadership going in, and you have it. It will be more or less strong depending if this management is in "Retail" (less strong) or if it is more corporate (more strong). Plus you seemed to have moved up quite quick which is very helpful.

On the CON side: You are an Indian applicant. If you didn't graduate from an IIT, then Top 10 schools are hard, plus you aren't necessarily from a "preferred industry" or firm (like Management consulting, PE, IB) so those can also hinder when applying to Top 10 schools. If you do score a 720+ though, Top 20 schools will be in range (and yes you can still take your shot at a few of the top 10, although I would skip H/S/W).

Hope this gives you a rough idea of where you stand.

Best of luck on your GMAT!!!!
