Consider the following points NG_BTG:
  1. To get a better sense of the profile, it'll be important to understand the brand of your employers. It is also critical to understand your post-MBA plans. Feel free to post those.
  2. Things are likely to be tough at your current GMAT; if you think you can bump it up, a retake is definitely recommended.
  3. Most of your ECs looks dated? Recency effect is pretty important on this aspect.
Hope this helps some.

Hi,

I am currently working with Capgemini and previously I have worked with Accenture.

I work as an IT Professional. However, since I have worked for majorly Finance and Banking Clients I am inclined towards exploring career options in Finance domain in some Investment Bank.

Regarding my extra curriculars, I don't have any recent points to quote here for now.

Do you think not much of extra curriculars may become a road block in my application ?

Thanks.

Read what an adcom has to say on the importance of ECs here.

The brands are good but the transition you are trying to make is not necessarily a done deal - IT to Finance is a rare move. Make sure you have assessed and done your homework well here.
