Hi there!
The amount of work experience you've had is right on target, and the 2 promotions are great to show progression in your responsibilities. The exposure to the different specialties you mention should bring an interesting perspective to the classroom too. Sponsorship can be a nice bonus but not having it won't reflect negatively on you.

The schools you list are tough -- I think you have a chance but I believe those schools will have concerns about your GPA / GMAT stats. Both are below average for those schools. You can't change the GPA, so is a GMAT retake possible? If you think you can score higher then I'd go for it, even if that means waiting til Round 2.

Depending on the extent of your ECs, that could be an area to improve -- doesn't sound like stand out stuff, but I'm not sure without knowing all the details. There may be other personal factors / interests that could make you stand out there.

Good luck!
Kate
