Preparing for MBA in Sloan school of business at MIT

Hello everyone, Im very new in this online community and I have some concerns for getting into MIT as a student from Canada. Its my second year as an undergrad in Finance at a local college and I do have some work experience. Can you guys tell me what I should work on or develop so I may be a potential candidate for sloan?

I would read up profiles of Sloan graduates and work toward at least matching their profiles.
