kaplan online premiere course CATs

by sid1979 » Sat Oct 18, 2008 9:14 pm
Hi,

I have registered for the Kaplan online premiere course 2 months back. Today i finished the CAT8. My scores are as follows :
Diagnostic one : 550
CAT1 : 690
CAT2 : 670
CAT3 : 630
CAT4 : 670
CAT5 : 670
CAT6 : 660
CAT7 : 720
CAT8 : 660

I am not sure where i am currently standing as the scores are not too great. My target is 730+ in the actual GMAT. Please anybody can guide me.

Any guidance what should i do now.

Regards
Sid.

Hi sid 1979--

Well your scores are certainly strong, and based on those, I would say that you are likely capable of hitting your GMAT score goal of 730. It would make sense at this point to take your exam sooner rather than later, particularly if you are towards the end of your studying. Are you also going to take the Ultimate Practice Test? That could be a final CAT if desired, depending on your test date.

Beyond that, the best way to analyze is to use your Smart Reports to drill down your performance in different areas and assess whether you have any weaknesses or patterns of mistakes you need to fix in your final study time. Let us know if you have any more specific questions, and good luck on test day!
