Let b = boat and t = trailer.
What is the value of t?

Statement 1:
b = 7500+t
No way to solve for t.
INSUFFICIENT.

Statement 2:
b+t = 15000
No way to solve for t.
INSUFFICIENT.

Statements combined:
Since we have two variables (b and t) and two distinct linear equations (b=7500+t and b+t=15000), we can solve for the two variables,.
Thus, the value of t can be determined.
SUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is C.
