Stadium owner: While I respect the right of local businesses to voice their opinions, I find their complaints about the traffic around our venue to be completely unfounded. Large stadiums always attract traffic when there are events, and our venue was built for both sporting events and major concerts, so those businesses should have taken that into account when choosing to locate nearby.
Which of the following is an assumption required by the stadium owner's argument?
(A) The flow of traffic has remained constant throughout the stadium's existence.
(B) The stadium does not attract more traffic than other, similarly-sized venues.
(C) The businesses that are complaining moved to the area after the stadium was built.
(D) The employees and customers of local businesses attend events at the stadium.
(E) Not all events at the stadium attract a large volume of traffic.

In analysing this question, we have to consider the opinion of the stadium owner in contrast with the opinions of the business owners and draw an unbiased conclusion.
Option A :- INCORRECT
According to the question statement, heavy traffics flow are experienced with the stadium during events.
Option B :- INCORRECT
The question have not mentioned about similar venues, we don't know situation of their similarly -sized venues hence such an assumption is inconclusive
Option C :- CORRECT
From the phrase in the concluding part of the question "Those business should have taken into account when choosing to locate nearby" Hence , it is conclusive and justifiable that that the stadium has been located there before the business considered the same decision.
Option D :- INCORRECT
The argument does not have any relationship with this opinion, either they attend the events taking place in the stadium or not is not a focal point of interest, Hence the point is out of context .
Option E :- INCORRECT
This doesn't truly align with the opinion of the stadium owner. It was convincing from his utterance that every event in the stadium attracts traffic.
