Option A :- Incorrect
Kahva's number of customers went down 15% last year. Its possible this is true but it doesn't undermine the argument. This option is probably trying to give a reason why Kahva should also start advertising on the Radio Station.

Option B :- correct
In the Option , Java was the only coffee shop recognized to have increased in sales due to the advertisement on radio but other coffee shops business who also advertised did not increase in sales, this contradicts the argument which states that Kahva is java's next door competitor should also start advertising which means that other coffee shops did not participate in the advertisement. This Option has weaken the arguments conclusion because it claims two different opinions.

Option C:- Incorrect
The Option has no value to the argument.

Option D :- Incorrect
This has nothing to do with the argument and in no way tries to weaken its conclusion.

Option E :- Incorrect
This Option doesn't correlate with the main concern of the argument or undermines it in anyway.
