Option B - Incorrect
The statement is originally a suggestive assertion and not a directive assertion that "bamboo would be used" although there appear s a problem with the comparison of the wood material in terms of the sentence construction.

Option C - correct
This takes the form of the statement in option B above although it shows clearly a more powerful sentence construction than in B above. The comparison is apt and consistent.
