Here, we must pay attention to punctuation, linguistics and the set-up information of the message in order to choose the best option.

Option A - CORRECT.
We have the best set-up information in that it conveys directly that choppy and askew are used as normal words. It seeks to tell us that irrespective of the different perspective from which the tree acts on the play see things from, the views are worthy and genuine all the same.

Option B - INCORRECT.
Here, the author seeks to tell us that choppy, askew and Genuine are all noun worlds. In all honesty, only the first two are, while the last is an adjective and doesn't fit in here. ''Genuine'' is not part of the three acts.

Option C - INCORRECT.
Still the same grammatical incorrectness that plagued the option B above. Here, also when you use ''has'' you must be sure you're talking about one subject which isn't the case here. Furthermore, it is wrong to use ''which'' for animate objects.

Option D - INCORRECT.
Here, there are too many sentence breakers in form of punctuation which has totally changed the course of the narration.

Option E - INCORRECT.
This is the same blunder as option B and C. The wrong placement of parts of speech. Choppy and askew are used as nominal words here while genuine is also used as a noun which of course is an adjective.
