Bamian Politician: We , as leaders of Bamia, need to implement, and supplement, reforms in the Solomon Senior Care Act that begin to bend the cost curve. In drafting any new reform, we should not penalize the most vulnerable among us by increasing their costs because they are older or sicker.

The argument by the Bamian leader above presumes which of the following?

A. Senior care is the top priority of the Bamian government.
B. Not all of the leaders support the implementation and supplementary reforms that would be suggested by the Solomon Senior Care Act.
C. The government has not yet exhausted all of its prospective measures in regard to the Solomon Senior Care Act.
D. Alzheimer's is an ever growing problem among aging seniors of Bamia.
E. Costs of senior care are currently too high for most seniors.

Option A - INCORRECT.
The Bamian government is not only making the Senior care its top priority but also the most vulnerable ones are been put into consideration too.

Option B - INCORRECT.
In the argument, it is obvious that, not all of the leaders will support the implementation and supplementary reforms that would be suggested by the Solomon Senior Care Act, due to the difference in human nature and the capacity of the vulnerable among them too will be against the law if its not in their favor.

Option C - CORRECT.
This option is most suitable to presume as the stand at which the argument relies on. The Barmian government has not yet exhausted all of its prospective measures in regard to the Solomon Senior Care Act due to the plight of the most vulnerable among them.

Option D - INCORRECT.
This statement is right, ''Alzheimer's is an ever growing problem'' but its effect among aging seniors of Barmian is not the basic reason for the argument by the Barmian government.

Option E - INCORRECT.
This option is also an issue be requested to be put into consideration by the Barmian government. The Costs of senior care are currently too high for most seniors that is why a consideration not to penalize the most vulnerable among them.
