OPTION A - CORRECT
Yes, this is very much accurate. It emphatically states the obvious, detailing the number of rivers which is 300 that drains into the Siberia's lake Baikal and how it comprises 20% of world's fresh water and how it's bigger than the north american great lakes.

OPTION B - INCORRECT
This is factually wrong. The reconstruction of the information is quite misleading. Siberia's lake Baikal is what holds 20 percent fresh water more than all the North American Great Lakes combined, and not the other round as this option Option depicts.

OPTION C - INCORRECT
The arrangement of the sentence although stating the rivers and how they came about is totally wrong. Especially with the 20% that was meant to be the subject coming at the end of the sentence. "While" starting the sentence in this context makes the subject of the matter, Siberia Lake Baikal, to be established or already in existing just as more than 300 rivers still drain into it. Whereas, it was more than 300 rivers that drained into it made Siberia's lake Baikal hold 20% of the world's fresh water which is more than all the north American great lakes combined.

OPTION E - INCORRECT
This option's inaccuracy is easy spot on and very much deceiving. Thus, it carries a different information all together and yet possessing the same content but different meaining
