OPTION A- INCORRECT
Using "do" here overemphasized the intention of the author. Also, the use of "not any" appears tautological in that they are used in this context as negative words. Another point is the whole statement being a repetition of the statement in the original question.

OPTION B- INCORRECT
we can rate the option as near-correct although the preposition "to" and the verb "be" makes it a bit overemphasized.

OPTION C- CORRECT
Which i regard as the best fit because its short, accurate and precise bearing all the needed information required. May be regarded as the most correct.

OPTION D- INCORRECT
Here, we only changed the adjective that qualifies the noun or pronoun in which case "themselves". No extra information to distinguish this option from that in Option A.

OPTION E- INCORRECT
This would have also been appropriate but for the emphasis on the pronoun "themselves" which is being qualified by the verb "being". Again, a case of unnecessary use of words disqualifies this option.
