Hi friends
I am a Chartered Accountant (India) with 10+ years of experience (3.5 years Senior Auditor - Big4; 3+ years Healthcare Sector- Manager Strategy Execution; 3 years of articleship training).
Active member of Toastmasters fraternity with notable achievements in speech contests.
Undergrad GPA of 2.5 out of 4.
GMAT score of 570 (Q38, V31); Analytical Writing - 4, Integrated Reasoning - 5.
What are your views wrt applying to a US or Europe Business Schools for one year MBA? Is there any chance that I will get into good colleges?
How about ISB and IIM?
GMAT 570. Do I stand chance for top US B school?

- GMAT Score:770
GMAT score of 570 is on a lower side and you can target good business schools.
Rather than applying for last rounds of US B-Schools where chances of getting an admission are very low, you should apply for Canadian Business Schools where you still have more schools to apply for and there you will have very good chance of getting an admission into good Canadian B-School.
Even a good GMAT score does not guarantee an admission into Business schools. GMAT just compensate your academic profile.
Business schools look for a candidate with an overall good profile.
You need to focus more on Essays and will have to highlight your skills, experience, challenges you have faced, Contribution towards the organization, how can you contribute to b-schools, your extracurricular activities etc.
You can use this free tool called "Chances of B-School" to know your realistic chances into Canadian B-Schools, below mentioned is the link for the same.

In the US, there are some one-year programs that will be interested in you, despite these numbers. If your goals are entrepreneurial, Babson might be worth looking into; Boston University or Hult might also be options for you (I'm only looking at "brand name" schools here). You can research incoming average GMATs on your own, of course, but many one-year programs aren't as concerned with GMAT as they are with professional track record and clear career vision.
You're also on the edge for EMBA or fully-employed MBA programs, which would open up some US or UK schools that don't require the GMAT at all. So you are at the beginning of a deep research, I think, but you should be able to find some desirable options out there!
Good luck!

What are the resources to do research on incoming GMAT, the essay content and recommendations in these colleges?
Also, could you please tell me how EMBA is valued in the job world? Does it increases the employability to a greater level or just a marginal increase?

Most schools post this information in their "incoming class profile", which is generally found in the admissions part of the website.
It's harder to find for EMBAs, however.
An EMBA isn't necessarily regarded differently in the business world, but it won't help you build the same relationships as a full-immersion MBA. Fully-employed MBAs are different, because they don't have the same expectation of 10+ years of professional experience. They're more of a fit for people who, whether for financial or personal reasons or because their test scores aren't sufficiently competitive, prefer to continue their full-time jobs while getting their MBA, but are not being underwritten by their employers.
Hope this helps!

570 is definitely a lot on the lower side. However, you could consider a few US/Canadian options in the upcoming Fall. These may not be the most top-ranked schools but will be largely decent programs. Further, there are a number of one-year programs that do not really require a GMAT score and place greater emphasis on professional experience and achievements. To garner more information on this, we suggest that you write individual emails to all the programs you are interested in, including a brief on your profile.
Also, consider the EMBA options that have no requirement for the GMAT score and you should be able to draw up a consolidated list.
A lot will also depend on the essays you put together. Do ensure that you appropriately address your need for an MBA at this point in your career and focus on portraying a story that showcases a strong sync between your existing experience and future goals.
All the best!
