Option A; The statement shows there's a disconnection between the subjects as represented here which means the word 'as' doesn't connect the words 'a group' and 'tecno-progressives'. It further shows the 'group' and 'tecno-progressives' beliefs are same and identical.

Option B; Here, there exists a connection, nexus and agreement between the 'a group' and the 'tecno-progreesives' because their belifs are genuinely different which strengthens the writer's position.
This option is correct.

Option C; Here, the 'a group' is predicting among all things, the threats to existing social order, 'opposite of tecno-progressives' in addition to its belief as a group. the 'a group' is the subject and the doer of the invention.
Option C is incorrect.

Option D; the situation here puts the writer in a position that infers the group predicting the disruption to already prevailing social orders doubles as the one providing information as to what happens in the event it doesn't happen that way.
This Option is incorrect.

Option E; there exists no subject speaking angle to this statement which differentiates it from all others in that it does merely confirm that 'believing technological innovations threatens existing social orders' means techno- progressives position is also corroborated which is a weak substance and does not in any way reflect situations.
Option E is wrong.
