Here, as is unidiomatic.
Correct: more likely to do X THAN to do Y
Eliminate A.
B: as likely to own...as it is
D: more likely for college...than they are
E: as likely that college...as they are
In each of these options, the portion in red is not parallel with the portion in blue.
Eliminate B, D and E.
The correct answer is C.
