Hi experts,

I really need some help and guidance on how to improve my Verbal score in the next 3 weeks. I just got out of my GMAT exam (my 4th attempt) and failed to reach my goal of 710 plus yet again. I scored 650 (q49 V29). I felt I was doing well throughout the exam. Though I had to guess last 8 questions on Verbal and last 7 on Quant due to bad timing. Despite this, I was shocked to see a score of V29. I just cannot believe that I got that score. I have never received such a low Verbal score on any of my past attempts at the Actual GMAT exam.

A little history on my preparation so far:

I took the GMAT three times in 2014 and 2015 but never reached my goal. I started studying yet again earlier this year. In the last three weeks leading to the exam today on Nov 4, 2017, I was consistently getting 700+ scores (3 times out of 4) on the GMAT Prep CAT's. The one occasion where I didn't get the score was when I lost my focus midway on Verbal Section due to some disturbance in the library where I was taking the test and got Questions 18-23 wrong at a stretch.

Following is the history of my CAT's:

GMAT Actual Exam - October 20 2014 590 (cancelled the scores)
GMAT Actual Exam - Nov 21 2014 650 (Q47 V34)
GMAT Actual Exam - Sep 12, 2015 660 (Q46 V35)
Veritas Prep Exam 1 - Jan 29, 2017 670 (Q48, V34)
Veritas Prep Exam 2 - May 7, 2017 690 (Q49, V36)
Veritas Prep Exam 3 - May 14, 2017 680 (Q49, V 34)

My concerns:

Though, I would have liked to study for at least one month, I have scheduled the exam already on November 28th 2017 due to the R2 application deadline of my target schools (INSEAD, LBS, Oxford Said and Cambridge Judge). What can I do to study during this time?

Bad timing on Verbal and Quant is a definite problem for me. In all the four practice tests that I took in the last 3 weeks, I had to guess the last 25% questions. I will be ordering my ESR score report next week to understand what went wrong on the Verbal section.

Looking at my last few CAT and GMAT test scores, looks like my Quant is rather constant around 49 but my verbal score fluctuates a lot between 29 and 40. I am fairly comfortable with the material. I have studied from Manhattan, Veritas and e-GMAT courses and have been getting 90 % verbal questions right on OG without issues (verified on Manhattan Prep software by doing all OG Verbal and OG Verbal Review questions). On Verbal, no one section seems to pose a problem for me. What can I do between today and November 28th to improve my Verbal Score?

I feel really lost at the moment and will really appreciate any insights/suggestions.
