Is this question claiming that 9 men can do 9 jobs in 140 days? Where is the info about the rate of children? Can you clean this question up a bit and repost, along with answer choices?

While the GMAT is as yet less progressive than the GRE, which removed all gender-binary (men & women, boys & girls) questions last year, I still think it's safe to assume that GMAC supports anti-child-labor laws. You won't see questions about putting children to work! ;)

Posters, please do not post questions from non-GMAT-like sources (illogical, missing information, no answer choices). This is a waste of everyone's time.
