I agree answer should be D.
for any integer to have units digit as 0, it should have 2 and 5 both its prime factors.
Statement I
14 and 35 are factors of N
therefore, N = 2*5*7 at least
Sufficient.
Statement II
It clearly shows 2 and 5, Therefore Sufficient.
Hence D.
