I am a student at Pune University looking forward to apply for the MiM program at HEC Paris. I have 65% in my undergrad. My question is if the university will take into account the toughness of Pune university in terms of grading while converting the percentage to GPA ( for reference, my seniors have told me that 60% corresponds to roughly 3.3 gpa in american universities). Thank you!

Hi shan91095,
Unfortunately NO. Admissions committee cannot single out a university's marking pattern. They will however look at your profile as a whole. And 3.3 GPA ain't that bad. What I would recommend is scoring high on GMAT to offset your GPA. And also working on other aspects of your application. Hope this helps.
