Consider the following points Snehil:
Cheers,
- While your work with major brands will be a plus, the short stints can make for a potential hurdle. It is tough to justify 3 jobs in as many years - think on this front in depth
- Another obvious issue would be the GMAT. This is even more so the case given your NIT pedigree. You should do your best to try and be on the other side of 700 ideally.
- The ECs/CSR will add a nice touch to the overall application. However, they can never sail you through. So make sure you get the basics right first.
Cheers,

I can see two obvious issues here, which I advise you to work on in order to increase your chances of admission. The first is the GMAT score, unfortunately it is too low, and the second is the frequent changes of employer. Do you have any reasons for those that you could address in essays? Depending on what those reasons are, that might not be a huge hurdle, but if there is no explanation to be given, it may count against you.snehilsit09 wrote:Hi,

Any chance of a GMAT retake? I would highly recommend that if at all possible as a higher score will strengthen your profile a lot.
If you address both these issues, I see no major issues with the rest of your profile.
Good luck!
