work ex- 1.25 years+
USA and UK
ALso do I have a better go at a masters or a mba?

Hi mrtensed,

Most of the Master's programs enroll students with 0-2 years of work experience whereas an incoming class in an MBA program typically has a median work ex of 5 years.

If you want to pursue an MBA program, you should ideally get more work ex.
