IMO D
Its clear that conclusion does not follow from premises. So A and C are eliminated.
B is eliminated because we cannot say ambidextrous people give preference to one hand or the other, they might be giving equal preference to both hand
tough call between D and E. I feel its D. Rather than saying conclusion is irrelevant its better to say it does not logically follow.
