B-> too extreme to infer..there are other factors apart from customer satisfaction that decide the fate of the company
C->what customer expect-quality..what company need-to meet or exceed customer satisfaction, implies that to meet or exceed quality (sounds like a mathematical equation )

Hence, Quality advancement has to occur continuously to meet to exceed Customer Expectations.
Hence my answer C).
