Hi Satyaki,
I don't really see enough information to assess your chances, so I just have a few questions and comments here: do you have full-time post-university work experience, or just an internship? Which schools are you applying to? Your GPA looks like a hurdle you'll have to overcome; having a higher GMAT would help you compensate for that.

Thanks,
Margaret Strother

I am studying currently in the last year of my course.
I have internship experience.
I specially want pre experience courses.
MMS:Foundation of Business at Fuqua.
MS:Sport Management at UMass Amherst.
Also.
Though currently my GPA is 2.7.
After adding my last year grades it shall be around 3.2.

I have studied at the University of Pune.
We don't actually have a GPA system so these are approximate figures.

My feeling is that you are a bit early in your career for a Masters in Management, particularly with potentially low undergraduate grades. I recommend that you keep these programs in focus over the next two years after you graduate, and get some strong, relevant professional experience in the field you're interested in. That way when you prepare your applications for these top management programs, you will be able to contribute to the class from your own experience. That is something that top schools are often attracted to. It will also be helpful for you to take some time off and fly to the US to visit these and other similar programs. Having first-hand experience of the programs and the campus will be a competitive advantage for you.

Good luck!
