by vmk2016 » Sat Dec 26, 2015 8:00 am
Hi All,

I have a GMAT Score of 410, IELTS 7, With a Work Ex of 3.5 yrs from MNC and I am a member of NGO for past 1 yr.
I have a decent academic background with 10th-79%, Inter- 93%, UG 3.5/4.
Could you please validate my profile and suggest me some good B schools. It will be great help.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but with a 410 GMAT you will have to be looking for schools that don't require one. My suggestion to you is work for a few more years and get more seasoning. During that time, really buckle down and prepare for the GMAT. You should be targeting a score of at least 600 to get into any "good" business school. Good luck to you!

Candidates rarely get admitted into top schools with low GMAT scores (as you can see here: https://aringo.com/aringo-top-mba-gmat-results/).
Your score will make it hard for you to get admitted into top schools. If you can improve your score to around 600 (or 660-680 if you aim at the top 10) it will help you become a more competitive candidate.
