In D, introduction and introduced are redundant.ALSO what makes D wrong

Here, in a two-year course is an adverb serving to modify presented.
WHERE did Richard Feynman present a comprehensive introduction to modern physics?
He presented it IN A TWO-YEAR COURSE.
I am having a hard time understanding the intended meaning of the sentence not just w.r.t. to this particular sentence but many other times as well. How do you conclude the meaning of a sentence just by reading the question ?
For instance, my comprehension after reading this sentence was "The physicist presented an introduction to modern physics".
What kind of modern physics did he present?
designed for undergraduate students in a two-year course.
This has happened to me in a number of cases where I fail to understand the intended meaning . How to curb this ?

If a VERBed modifier BEGINS a sentence, it should refer to the FIRST WORD in the main clause.
Otherwise, a VERBed modifier will -- in the vast majority of cases -- IMMEDIATELY FOLLOW the noun that it modifies.
In E, designed immediately follows course, conveying that a COURSE was DESIGNED.
