Hi,
I completed my masters degree in advanced engineering management at Leeds Beckett university(uk) with gpa >5.0. I didn't have any previous work experience. Now I am interested in doing mba in USA in top b-schools without any gmat exam. Is it possible to admit in top b- schools.

Your ambition is admirable, but it doesn't sound like you've got all your ducks in a row quite yet: most MBA programs require the GMAT or GRE, plus several years of work experience. So you may need to slow down a bit, assess your goals and where you hope to study, and analyze the profiles of admitted students -- most schools have an incoming class profile that you can look at. See where they are, and assess where you are: this will give you a good idea how to plan the next couple of years.

Good luck!
