Hi all, can someone provide their perspective on my admission chances to the following part-time weekend programs:

1. Booth
2. Kellogg
3. Haas
4. Stern
5. Ross
6. Tepper

My profile is as follows:

Age: 27
UG Degrees/GPA: Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering; Biochemistry / 3.41 GPA
Grad Degrees/GPA: Chemical Engineering (Ph.D.) / 3.65
GMAT: Haven't taken yet (test date is 12/16), but I am testing between 650-700 consistently
Highlights: Extensive leadership and volunteer experience. In addition, I have published numerous papers that have served as the basis for a company that I now serve as CEO.

Any insight and/or suggestions would help tremendously.

Best,

Charles

From my experience, you are competitive for all of these programs as your GPA is a strength (given the difficulty of an Engineering degree) and your GMAT will be in-line with the average GMAT scores for these part-time programs.

However, where are you based because wouldn't that influence your choice? If your job is mobile and you can move to the area where the school is located, then you should proactively let the admissions committees know this.

Good luck,
