I scored 220 in my first and 680 in my second attempt and both of these scores are reported.How will the admissions committee of top b schools consider it

I believe you can choose which scores to send now.
Don't send the 220.
I know a few schools ask how many times you took the exam. I don't think this factor matters a ton.
