Hi sidhant mishra,
There are a number of 'variables' when considering which type of MBA program you might attend. Since these types of Programs require that you invest a great deal of time, money and effort, it's important to think through the details and how you'll work your life around attending School. That having been said, there are MBA programs that will allow you to continue working (full-time or part-time) while you're in School (full-time or part-time), so you have to research the various options and choose the one that best fits your overall goals.
Do you know which Schools interest you?
Have you taken the GMAT yet?

Hi sidhant mishra,
This is something that you might want to consider discussing with an admissions rep at the school(s) you're interested in. While you can find out fairly quickly whether or not you can work full-time on most programs' websites, discuss your situation with a rep closely associated with the school. We can all take educated guesses, but if you're still feeling anxiety or uncertainty about the prospect of working while in business school, reach out to someone at the school directly.
Best,
Rich
