It seems complicated to find P-T with each statement alone.
Before chosing E you should try to find P-T, You see that in each average you Q,R,S so it's possible, let's try:

With the two statements you have
(P+Q+R+S)/4=388 250 --> (Q+R+S)/4=388 250 - P/4
(Q+R+S+T)/4= 383 000--> (Q+R+S)/4=383 000 - T/4

Join both:
388 250 - P/4 = 383 000 - T/4
5 250=P/4-T/4
21 000= P-T

Try to search in DS even if it is not the main goal of it.
