RULE:
REGULAR hexagon : all the six sides are equal, all the triangles are equilateral
IRREGULAR hexagon: all the sides can be of different lengths and triangles can isosceles or even different from one another.
Since the question doesnt mention anything about hexagon, assume nothing.
Statement I
all the sides are equal.
all the bases are equal, we dont know anything about the other 2 sides of the triangle.
Insufficient.
Statement II
Three segments of the opposite vertices or corners are equal.
This simply means all the two sides of any triangle are equal, we dont know anything about the base, the bases could be different or the same.
Insufficient.
Combining I & II
All the bases are equal, all the opposite sides are equal. Hence all three sides of all 6 triangles are equal.
Sufficient.
