Profile Evaluation for NUS

by hlfbloodprince » Sat Jan 10, 2015 11:04 pm
Hi,

Could anyone help me with my profile evaluation.

My GMAT score - 600 (Q48/V25)
Grad CGPA - 8.93/10

I am an Indian male working as Assistant Manager with one the leading construction companies in India and am in the field of manufacturing. I have completed my BE in Mechanical stream. I have a work ex of 3yrs and 6 months as on Dec 2014.

I have authored 2 patents. In my college I was team captain for a racing event which was held at national level. Apart from these I have won one award from Ministry of Science, during my college.

I understand that my GMAT score is very low to get a call, but I was hoping to make it up through my profile. I have been thinking of retaking GMAT but the deadlines are approaching. I want to apply to NUS, Singapore. Are there any chances or I should retake the exam.

Hey dude,
Good to hear from you!

I think maybe you guessed the answer to your question though, right?
:)

Yep, a retake is really the only thing that makes sense. Don't rush too much. The school you go to, is your school for LIFE. So make the right choice by applying only with your best possible GMAT. You'll thank me later.
;)

Best,
JF
